Need more charachaters

Example. I put a file on my website with a name of...
Johny tunes-Nov-1896-new-marching-band-from-Ohio-University-first-marching-band.

What I get is...johny tunes-Nov-1896-ne

It seems to limit it to 23 charchaters.


How can I make it display all of the description/title ?

Thanks for the help people. I have been doing a lot of reading but I just can't find what I am doing wrong here.
