Another newbie question

Companies Like Godaddy they are Charging Huge some of Money and expensive. what is the Process of maintaining server on our Personal Laptop & syncronozing it somewhere else based in London/New York.

you can use secure RDP, VPN, SSH, there are many other protocols you can use to maintain a server located across the world. but you may need to preform certain task that require physical touch like replacing hardware and stuff like that.

currently i an maintain 3 servers, (two of which are filezilla servers) and are located several hundred miles away from me.
