my browser automatically puts www. in each url i type

hi guys, i got this problem when i type a url to my google chrome in its address bar., it automatically puts a www. on it even though i dont want to have it on my url.? can i change this? help needed here

Maybe you should ask Google this question. They created this browser-like user tracking monster.

My google chrome does not do this. Do you have the latest version? Did you try to go to chrome browser forums and ask there?

New chrome does not do this anymore. They put it plain simple "example.com" these days and if your site is some quality site it appears as you type
