I contact the domain engineer and this were the answer.
"This happens when you do not have an index.html or an index.php file. If you upload your index file your site will come back online and appear as it should"
Question: How can i do it by myself coz i dont have any idea about this.Please anyone help me.

The index document (the first one your browser should load) must be named index.html (sometimes index.php, exact name and case) and uploaded into the public HTML directory.
