Set up DNS via DYN.

I have set up a DNS via DYNdns, now I dont know how to assign the server to the DNS. I want to be able to access the Server from outside of my network by way of the internet, do I have to have the DNS?

You need to contact your dymamic DNS vendor for assistance.

Just install their updating tool onto your PC. Alternatively, many routers offer the same feature without installing anything. This will keep the IP they have stored in their database current.

People will then just use your DynDNS URL which resolves to your current external IP. Done.

FileZilla Server (in case you mean that) must be configured according to Network Configuration.
