How Secure is FileZilla
How secure is FileZilla if I wanted to host all of our website content on FileZilla as a secure back-up and virtual sharing space amongst our staff?

To host things you need FileZilla Server. Since we aren't a webspace provider the server must run on your machine (or one you rented from a third-party provider).
Technically, FileZilla Server has all the known vulnerabilities fixed, provided you use the most recent version (0.9.45beta ATM).
