500 Internal Server Error on website page

Hi there,

I have recently acquainted myself with FileZilla. As I was trying to get to know my way around the system, I see that on our website (myself and some classmates), the server encountered some problems. When I reload our website page, http://www.patisapt.com, it says:
"500 Internal Server Error, The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/2.2.29 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.29 OpenSSL/1.0.1e-fips mod_jk/1.2.37 mod_bwlimited/1.4 Server at http://www.patisapt.com Port 80"

I tried clearing the cache and browser history, closed the browser and waited before reloading the page.

Anyone know what might have caused the error, and how I can fix it, please?

I appreciate your assistance.

Amy

That has absolutely nothing to do with FileZilla, FileZilla Server, or FTP in general.

The '500 Internal error' statement refers to the HTTP server. In other words, Apache or one of its modules is broken. Note that broken MySQL and/or PHP can also cause internal errors.

You need to look up the problem in the Apache error logs. If you do not have access to those, you need to give the administrator of said server a call.

Hmm, PHO :P

Tasty, but no good in servers.
