Can I upload mp4 4K footage?

Can I upload mp4 4K footage?

"I am attempting to upload 4K footage for the first time. I have previously uploaded HD MPEG2 footage, but receive an error message when attempting to upload 4K H.264 mp4. What must I change to successfully upload my UHD footage?"

Saying 'I receive an error' without actually stating that error does not get the thread anywhere. Better would be a complete log of a failing attempt.
