Hi all regs and the rest
First post on the forums here so be gentle..I`m not a troll!Just looking for a good place to visit on the net...sooooo be gentle
I come in peace! I have just bailed from a forum site that I had been on for about 8 months. Anybody want to give me a feel on the kind of stuff that goes on around here?

This forum is not for chatting and having fun. At least it is for users who downloaded the FileZilla ftp software, to get help, ask questions, and chat about the software.
There is here the offtopic section though too which allows any topic.

I agree, it is no chat forum here. 'Off-Topic', as the name implies, is about issues unrelated to FTP. FTP in general is 'General discussion'.
But please remember:
-Don't take the forum description too seriously, we care what you write as you still have to obey the forum rules you agreed to upon registration
-Don't make completely pointless threads, they just bloat the forum's database
