Not savvy enough to find answer in the other forums.

I can see the directory on our local site, but none of the files in them are there. No other changes except a recent Filezilla upgrade. Another user in my office has same issue, but didn't upgrade.

Do you by chance have directory listing filters enabled?

I looked under 'View > Directory listing filters' and nothing is checked.
