550 FAILED TO OPEN FILE ON CMD

550 FAILED TO OPEN FILE ON CMD

i want to download some files from server. in 1 week ago,i made file .bat and i successly download from this command, but when i'll try to schedule .bat file in task scheduler, my avast read my .bat file as danger files and delete it.
then, i made file .bat anymore and when i double click that's can't run.
i'll try to run on CMD but i get this problem
"220 PORT COMMAND SUCCESSFUL. CONSIDER USING PASV.
550 FAILED TO OPEN FILE"

I've to search about this error and i've got nothing. i'll try some way's on google but it can't help my problem.
PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME step by step to get the solution :roll: :roll: :roll: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry:

This has nothing to do with FileZilla.

Because you use neither FileZilla Client nor FileZilla Server.

Your client: Looks like that ancient Windows ftp.exe that doesn't even support Passive mode
Your server: vsFTPd

As we do not know these products, we cannot help, here. Only with FileZilla products.

okay thanks for your reply. i using CMD because i want to take some files from the server to SQL SERVER autimatically.
i think if i made .bat file so sql server can call on sql server agent.
but, if my .bat file can't run, so can you help me how to take files from server to sql server with filezilla or anything?
