The person who created the account is no longer with our company....her email will go away shortly, and I have been using it to log in.

How do I create a new user for FileZilla Client? I am not seeing where I do this?

FTP / SFTP accounts are created and maintained purely on the FTP or SFTP server. They cannot be set or changed from an FTP client.

FileZilla only accesses the accounts stored on the server.
