Keywords Being Replaced with Date?

Hi there,

I have always used Adobe Bridge to add metadata to my images. This usually carries the keywords over to my stock photography sites but the past few batches I've uploaded, the keywords have been replaced with what seems to be the date I added keywords to the images.

Has something changed which means I cannot use bridge anymore or is this some sort of error?

Please help if you can,

Thanks

What does this have to do with FileZilla?

I'm using filezilla to get the files on to each site.

If the problem is not with FileZilla (which it is not), we cannot help you, unfortunately. Looks like you have to try Adobe support.

FileZilla is content-agnostic, it does not change transfers files, with the sole exception being line ending conversion for text files if using FTP.

Thank you very much for your replies. I assumed that because it was happening after transferring that it was FTP not being able to process the metadata or something? When I upload the files directly through the sites the metadata is there and normal. I don't really know much about this process, I just know the bare minimum to be able to get my files online.

I'll contact adobe and see if it's an error with Bridge.

Thanks again!

As botg said, the files you see at the local side in FileZilla are the exact ones being transferred. Except for the line ending conversion case (for ASCII-transferred items), FileZilla doesn't care for contents at all.
