I want to know that is it possible to change file upload speed through filezilla. If not than what things I have to check or keep in consideration when uploading file to server.

You can click the small speed limit icon at the bottom right in the status bar. You can also set speed limits in the settings.

However, the maximum speed is determined by your line, ISP, and the server, of course.
