How: FZ's binaries placed under FZ's Project Web Space on SF

I've noticed that FileZilla's download does not take me to the default download page which SourceForge.net provides for most of the projects hosted on it. All the Projects are required to Release their Files from SF's "File Release System", unless they (SF) themselves provide the Project Admins the permission to release the Project Files under Project Web Space. Now my question is how can I apply to SF so that they allow me also to release my files by uploading to my Project Web Space instead of using their "File Release System".

My Project is http://sourceforge.net/projects/letsyo and I'd Love to release my Project files as http://letsyo.sourceforge.net/downloads ... source.zip, http://letsyo.sourceforge.net/downloads/letsyo.zip, etc
