Good morning. I'm new to this forum and have been using FileZilla for a while. When uploading our statement file, we usually get 2 reports in return. First one is the Upload Confirmation and the second is Confirmation of records processed. On 1/17/20 I received the first one, but not the second one. How do I get that? Thanks for your help

This has nothing to do with FileZilla. FileZilla does not process files nor generate reports.

Sorry for choosing the word "reports". We get 2 email responses to our uploaded statement file. As I noted, the first one is an Upload confirmation and the second is a Confirmation of records processed. We did not get the second email. If you don't generate that email, who would?

Either the FTP server itself or some other process accessing the same storage as the FTP server. Probably a question for your server administrator.
