How To Connect My Brand New Bluetooth Device With My COmputer?

Hello Pals,

Recently I am encountering a serious problem on my computer while connecting my new brand Bluetooth device with it. When I try to connect my new Bluetooth device, showing already a Bluetooth device connected. My query is how can I able to disconnect the old device which was already connected. Can anyone provide me some solutions? Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated.

This doesn't have anything to do with FileZilla or FTP, does it?
