Automated Upload

I'm using FileZilla for approx. one year now... And I wouldn't want to change... But now a problem that I can't solve with FileZilla came up:

I would like to automatically upload a file every 30 minutes from my desktop to my server... It would be very helpful if there is an extension or plugin that let's me repeat an upload...

Could you please give me a hint which program would do something similar???

I've used this to do automated uploads before. Just create a scheduled batch job to run it every 30 minutes:
