Portable Server configuration interface?
I would like to be able to execute the server config in terface from a remote computer without doing a complete FZ serveer installation, for example carrying a usb-stick with a single filezilla configuration directory in it. I tried copying files from the Program Files Filezilla direcectory but it doesn't work, when I try to run the exe on another machine it tells me about "it's not a correct win32 application". What other files do I need to put in my single directory?
Moreover, I think there are some problems while remotely configuring Filezilla server, where should I report these bugs?

I'm not sure how well FileZilla Server will from a removable drive; hell I'm not even sure if it will run at all. If it will, it'll probably be a PITA since it must register "FileZilla Server.exe" as a service. That being written, it doesn't seem that it would be easily portable.
Vide: Is this really what you want to accomplish? -- run a full-fledged FileZilla Server from a USB drive on any machine you plug it into? Or do you simply want to be able to connect to another FZS install and control it through the FileZilla Server Interface?

@angrypenguin
I don't want to run a FileZilla server on a USB stick, I only want to run the server control interface from the stick, and connect it via internet to a remote filezilla server, to control it remotely.
@botg
About the "not win32 application", I transfered the files via FTP (both Filezilla) in SSL mode, but just today I discovered I've a problem with corrupted transfered files in explicit SSL mode, maybe it's due to this...I'll try again to transfer the files.

You should be able to copy "FileZilla Server Interface.exe" and "FileZilla Server Interface.xml" to an abritrary directory on your USB drive and run it from there. If the interface depends on any other files, copy those over as well.
You will need to configure FZS to allow remote administration from sources other than localhost. IME, this can be rather tedious since where you're connecting from will typically be a different source IP address all of the time. I've been able to get it to work, but it took much trial and error -- even through a VPN; and in the end I find it much easier to SSH into my home network, tunnel something like VNC or Remote Desktop through SSH, and administer it that way.

Angry Penguin, did you tunnel the admin interface or just use a VNC? I have stunnel ( http://www.stunnel.org/ )sucessfully running with TightVNC ( http://www.tightvnc.com/ ), but I'd like to wrap filezilla in a ssl tunnel, but I'm having difficulties. Anyways, to make this wrather long question a short one:
Do you tunnel the admin interface?
Do you tunnel the admin interface?
