Time Out Issue For slow connections

Hello All,

I having a time issue with a program that is FTPing data to my server. I thinking the sending connection is timing out. I am getting good connection speed at my server, but it seems the issue on the sending side.

I have tried increasing the time out time on the server, but I am getting mixed results. Does anyone have any tips for slowly connects?
