User/Folder Quota with FileZilla...Please Help

I have been a huge FileZilla fan for years, but now find myself in need of limiting a few users with a size quota (500MB for example). Do any of you know how this can be done with Windows 2003 SP1 server and FileZilla? I heard it was an upcoming feature for FileZilla a few years ago, but still do not see it in the program. Is there any way to do this? Any workaround ideas? Any help is greatly appreciated.

for few user you can use a Windows 2003 SP2 with folder quotas. should work but untested by me.

That is why we are stuck with Serv-U for FTP on our server. If anyone else has any ideas on how to use quotas with FileZilla it would be greatly appreciated.
