Is there a base set of instructions on setting up a Secure FTP site through Filezilla? I tried on my own, but its not working, so time to ask for help. I figure I will start from scratch as I don't have much invested in what is there now.

Thank you very much for this link! I found this extremely helpful as I am also trying to set up a secure FTP site. I need to store a lot of very sensitive data, so this is pretty important to me. I would also like to look a good way of backing up my data in case of a disaster or freak accident which results in the loss of my data. I heard about this company coop systems. I was wondering if anyone has heard of them, and if so, would they be helpful to me? I appreciate your input!
