Does the Server computer need to be logged in to to run?

I could not find an answer to this question in the forums or wiki.
Does a user have to be logged in to the Host Computer, in order to Filezilla Server to run?
I'm hoping Filezilla will still be able to run when logged out. (Windows 7)

It runs as service, so no login required.
