I have just setup my filezilla ftp server and no matter what I do my users are unable to connect. It continuously gives an incorrect login message. I knwo that the login details are correct however the server continues to tell me that the details are not correct.
I have setup the port forward for passive mode as well as normal mode. setup an account with and without passwords.
Anyone got any idea why this is happening ??

What happens when the login is attempted with a local connection (e.g. 127.0.0.1)? If it works, but not through the Internet, then there may be another FTP server intercepting the connecting from the Internet (i.e. a router or someother networking equipment).
