Reload config without breaking existing connections?

#1 Post by kurtig » 2012-04-09 04:21

I want to be able to add new users to the FTP server without breaking existing FTP connections (existing users who are connected to the server should not get disconnected!).

However, using /reload-config appears to break existing connections, even though I have only added new users to the config XML.

Is there a way to add new users without breaking existing FTP connections?

If there is not, then I need something like /reload-users which will only reload new users that has been added to the XML without breaking existing connections. If someone with knowledge of the source code is able to implement this for me a.s.a.p. (you can get paid) then please contact me privately.

Thanks

According tho the developer, using /reload-config does not interrupt anything.
