After finally setting up my server it suddenly hits me - when my computer is turned off the server it off (or so I pressume). Is there anyway to still allow users to access files when server is offline? I doubt there is but any help would be greatful!

By definition, a server can only serve files if the server is online.

For webspace there's also a server needed.
