filezilla server service at win2003 server occur error 0xc1

Dear all:
I have confront a problem when using the filezilla ftp.
when i start the filezilla service at service UI,system alrert that:
A error occured ::0xc1
The windows system prompt that the filezilla server service is not a valid win32 program .And i reinstalled the filezilla the problem appear again
Can someone give me some advice ,thanks

Have you tried testing on a different server platform to rule out any possible server specific issues with the current server?
