We are currently running GuildFTPd as our FTP server software. I don't like it because it is missing several necessary features and hasn't been updated in years. However we have tons of clients that use it, so I can't simply take it down. But I'm wondering if I can run Guild alongside Filezilla. That way we could slowly migrate over to Filezilla. Let me know if that would work or not.

As long as you're using a different port, you can run FileZilla Server alongside each and any third-party FTP server.
