Error, could not connect to server

I tried installing FileZilla 0.9.18 beta and whenever I try to open it, I get the following error message:

FileZilla Server version 0.9.18 beta
Copyright 2001-2006 by Tim Kosse (tim.kosse@filezilla-project.org)
Connecting to server...
Error, could not connect to server
Trying to reconnect in 5 seconds
Reconnecting to server...
Error, could not connect to server
Trying to reconnect in 5 seconds
Reconnecting to server...
(it continues like that for a while)

I've installed FileZilla several times before and have never had a problem like this. I tried enabling FileZilla in the Windows XP SP2 firewall and port 14147 in the firewall, to no avail.

Any ideas?

I uninstalled it, reinstalled it, and I guess it's working, now.

I guess maybe I typed in the admin password wrong or something.

Is it possible to change this password without uninstalling?
