problem with "Enable access for users inside group.&quo

using 0.9.18 beta.

i have a situation where users who are members of a group are still able to connect to the server even after i have unchecked the 'Group Settings' setting "Enable access for users inside group."

any help would be greatly appreciated.

If a user is member of a box, the user's "Enable account" is a tri-state checkbox: Enabled, disabled and if it's greyed out, use group settings.
