Error: 425 cant open data connection

I am using filezilla server 0.9.18

no one can connect to my server through the internet, but i can connect perfectly through my lan, i have all of the necessary ports forworded 20-21, (do i need to forword more?)

when someone does try to connect they get the "425 cant open data connection" error.

how do i fix this?

Why don't you search the forums before posting? This very same question has been posted a million times at least.
