Have read server FAQ, searched forums and wiki to no avail. Sorry if we missed something - please post url if we have.
We would like to make remote admin connections to different servers.
At the moment we have to remember and type in the ip address and port for each server when we want to connect. We have enough numbers and passwords to remember as it is.
Is there a way to add these to a command line so each server can have its own icon and these fields are populated in the login dialogue, ready for us just to type the password.
(of course ideally there would be some kind of dialogue like the client that saves different server properties and can be chosen from a drop down - perhaps that is in roadmap)
TIA
remote admin connections - in command line?

Done a bit more digging.
The last used connection settings are stored in filezillaserverinterface.xml in the installation folder, including (surprisingly) password in plain text.
A crude kludge may be to create a number of copies of this on the admin client, each with settings for different servers and then make a little script that copies the relevant data to the default file, before running FZS.
If someone comes up with such a solution before we get time to, please post it here.
Alternatively, there may be countless reasons why this may not work. In which case please let us know.
TIA
