Timing Out, Need Help Please :)

I'm able to connect to my server without a problem. What's happening is that I get through half of my uploads and I get disconnected and then I have to start over. At first I thought it might just be my connection but I talked to some other people and they are having the same issues. I don't believe that it is our server's problem since we can connect and stay connected using other FTP programs.

I'm not sure if there is a setting I need to change and if so please help me figure out what it is. Any help is greatly appriciated.
