Can anyone tell me why I can't connect to the server when I am connecting from outside of my network. I have configured my firewall to allow connections to port 65000 in. Also, this morning I enabled the pasv on the server. Please help?

Under PASSIVE settings set the IP manually to your external IP if its static, or select the "retrieve" option under that if dynamic.
Also, set the custom port range at the very bottom for your own range, for example, 64000-64050 and then open that range as well in your NAT/router.
every post regarding 425 errors get the same response " READ FAQ" yet the FAQ is rather vague on this and requires a little thinking and know-how on the users end. too bad this isnt addressed better...
