Home directory lock (how to disable it)

Well as you can see from the title I can't fing the option to disable lock on my home dir. I mean, I want my users to be able to go tru some different folders, but I dont want to put whole partition to there use.

And I want to avoid to make one FTP folder and than to copy everything inside it.

Please, I have been trying to do something about this for a week and still no succes.

Aliases are the key. See FAQ and search forums please.

Oh... Aliases... Well I tought that is something else. So I just lookd for "Home dir" or "lock" somwhere.
