SSL server certificate formats

Hi guys,

I'm curious about what software can be used to generate the certificates and keys used by filezilla. The reason is I want to use a Microsofts Certificate authority to sign the certificate, but I can't install the certificate to Filezilla's server. Thanks!

I managed to export a certificate from IIS and get it working in FileZilla using a program called XCA http://www.hohnstaedt.de/xca.html.
