Hello all !
I've setup the last version of Filezilla FTP Server on my home computer.
I've opened all ports on my router (See screenshot):
And I guess I've configured correctly the soft:
But when I try to connect to my FTP server with the user I've set up with the Gene6 FTP test I get:

Found the Problem !!!
WINDOWS FIREWALL
I Just added a rule in the windows firewall to let it accept "Filezilla server.exe"
This rocks
