FZ Server v0.9.2b Config

I try selecting Server -> Active from the menu bar and I get the following error message:

"Failed to create listen socket on port 21"

The FZ icon in the sys tray is red and I can't log in with the usernames that I've created. However, I can connect to the FTP server using the Windows user accounts.

Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong?

There's a different FTP server installed and running on your system. My guess is, that it is IIS.
