Windows directory listing

I have installed Filezilla server on Windows 2003 server.
I have created users and directories that they should have access to.
When I create connection form a client machine with filezilla client it automatically shows the home directory but I can not go to the other directories to which I had given permissions.

I see only / the slash when I connect as the client but when I try to browse to C:\My Documents\my_folder (which I had given all permission) the client changes is automatically to /C/My Document/my_folder and gives the error: "Directory not found."

Is there a solution?
