Problems connecting locally

Hi, I'm trying to connect from Filezilla Client to Filezilla Server (all in the same PC) with Windows 10, using port 21 only to get this error:

Status: Resolving localhost address
Status: Connecting to [::1]:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...

Response: @
Response:
Response: D
Error: Could not connect to server

Any help would be appreciated (if more details are needed, don't hesitate to ask)

EDIT: The same thing happens when I use the IP 127.0.0.1

I figured out the problem. I was trying to use port 21 as the admin port as well...This issue is now solved.

@botg: Wouldn't it make sense to restrict the Admin port so it cannot be set to a port up and including 1024?
