You appear to be behind a NAT router. Please configure the passive mode settings and forward a range of ports in your router.
This is what i get after setting up the server. What am i suppose to do?

I have all the port fowarded on my MikroTik Router

Any idea what to do? im new at this ftp thing. i mean i know how to login to an ftp server but not how to set one up.

this is for my gmod server.

Forwarding ports isn't enough, you also need to tell FileZilla Server which ports to use and what its external IP address is.
