Hello,
I'm a server admin and I need to transfer a 90KB database from my computer (east coast US) to my server (west coast US).
Previously I used Filezilla Client and started the transfer from home computer to server, but it literally took 5 days to complete!
This was a SQL .bak file which for some reason will not restore.
I feel I need to now transfer the actual 4 database files (data, indexes and log files) but I don't want to take another 5 days to do so.
Can I initiate the transfer at the server using Filezilla Server (which I have installed on server along with client)???
Would this take less time?
Or do I need to initiate again from my home computer using Client?
Thanks in advance!
Can I pull a database from my computer to a remote server?

90KB? If it takes more than 0.5 seconds there's something very wrong with your setup.
Only clients can initiate transfers, servers are only listening for requests.
