FILEZILLA SERVER CAN'T BE INSTALLED IN XAMPP

Well Hello Guys,
I have been stuck in this problem for so long these days.I have checked many forums but i can't find this specific solution to my problem.
I had installed xampp with firezilla.I deleted firezilla from xampp but the file FireZilla Server can't be deleted.
So after the reinstallation of the same version of Firezilla in the right folder FileZillaFTP, everything is fine with filezilla server interface but everytime i try to open filezilla server file i get a message to install the service,i check yes and nothing happens.The Firezilla module in Xampp control panel can't be started too and i get these errors:

Port 21 in use by "C:\xampp\FileZillaFTP\FileZilla Server\FileZilla server.exe"!

12:12:50 μμ [filezilla] You need to uninstall/disable/reconfigure the blocking application

I tried everything but i can't solve it.I think that there might be some kind of problem with the old and the new file.I hope you can help me.

We can only assist with stand-along installations obtained from https://filezilla-project.org/

But how can i embed a new filezilla program in xampp?Thanks a lot for the reply!!

The standalone packages from here can only be used as single application. They cannot be embedded into other applications, and they are not allowed to.

You might be able to not install the third-party server version at all. Then, it's possible to install and run FileZilla Server separately, but there's no integration of any kind.

So if i install filezilla application seperately will this have access to my xampp localhost site without embeded in xampp?

No, you must configure and point the server to the resource manually.

Just a quick hint: For strictly local testing of websites, FTP isn't even required. Everything can just be copied locally.

well thank you but i need to share this localhost site with computers of all my network so i need an ftp server and client to share images..Well the actual problem is that my images and some of my site's content does not appear in other computers and i don't know what's the actual problem.I have uploaded them with media library in wordpress but it seems that it is not enough.
