PLEASE HELP. I cant connect. Problem with the password

Good Morning.

I am a newbee in this "world" of the Ftps servers. Sorry for my english.

I have configured a ftp server Filezilla Server but i cant connect. I think the problem its in the configuration: it never saves the password. I try to specify different passwords in the users, but it nerver "saves". So when i try to connect, y allways have the same problem:

"Respuesta: 331 Please specify the password.
Comando: PASS *********************
Respuesta: 530 Login incorrect.
Error: Error crítico: No se pudo conectar al servidor"

In the "account Settings" i check "enable Accoutn" and "password". If i write a password in the box and the click in OK, if i see again the "users panel" again, i see that there is a password too large (its not the password than i have writen).

Please, can anybody help me? Thank you very much

In any case: As neither you nor we control that server, we cannot answer that question. You would need top ask the support staff of the server.
