Files are being deleted mysteriously after being downloaded

#1 Post by iam4learning » 2018-10-08 14:58

We have 9 jpg files being downloaded using Filezilla every 5 minutes from a server onto our server. The files appear on the proper directory but after a minute, they are suddenly gone. I looked at the script file on the server sending the photos over to our server and there are no delete commands in the script file that is called by a batch file from Task Scheduler. Does anyone have any experience with this happening? There are also no tasks set up in the task scheduler to delete any files on our server and also nothing running in the background on the server that is set up to delete files. This is very perplexing! Any suggestions? Thanks for any help!

What FileZilla products do you use, exactly? As FileZilla cannot do automated transfers and cannot be scripted, it is certainly not FileZilla Client doing the transfers.
