Can't connect to the server if i use static ip address on my pc

I have been using filezilla server for a month now with dynamic ip on the server pc, because of that, the server ip address changes frequently, so today i decided to change it to static but after doing that, i can't connect to the server from any other device except the server pc itself. Is there something I'm missing?

Do you use Windows Firewall? Configuring a static IP might have put you back to the public network zone (which is more restricted and your exception don't apply).
