This is not Filezilla Server. Shut down the M$ FTPd to use Filezilla Server.

According to the log you're not using FileZilla Server.

Hmm let me tell my setup then:
i have a windows 2003 server where i have filezilla server installed and i have setted the ip to 127.0.0.1
so it should be the ip of the server..

maybe he try's to connect to something from the server instead of the filezilla serveR?

You're not connecting to Filezilla Server at all. Microsoft FTP service is running and blocking port 21. Use the system control panel to shut down and disable the service for good. It is insecure and doesn't comply to standards. Filezilla Server can then be started and used after port 21 is freed.

127.0.0.1 cannot be the IP of your server unless you're connecting from the same machine (whick kinda defeats the purpose of FTP). For LAN connections the IP to use is the private IP of the machine (mostly 10.0.0.* or 192.168.0.*), for internet connections the external IP (the one you got from your ISP).

The IP you specify when installing is meant for the Admin interface, that is a completely different thing, and actually correct (the admin interface and the server normally are on the same machine).
