FortiClient Archive Error

#1 Post by dgaffney » 2019-03-26 09:38

Hi all,

I'm struggling to archive our call recordings from FortiClient using FTP.
I've setup the FTP server using FileZilla and have tested manually copying a file, which works.
FortiClient is creating the directories on the FTP, however not copying the wav files. I've been informed by our PABX technician that this is an issue on the server, however I'm unable to identify any issues.

I've attached a screendump of the FileZilla log, which indicates a 550 error. Please advise whether there's anything on this log which might indicate what the problem is?

Thank you.

Check the filename, Windows does not allow colons.

Thank you! I'm sure that's the issue.
