Slow even with 999... on buffer size
Hello,
A few days ago, I upgraded my connection to a 500Mbs one and found that Filezilla can't work more than 200Mbs. I tried to increase the buffer size as I read in this forum but any configuration can't use the full 500Mbs. Even with 9999999 in both buffer size fields. I tried with windows IIS and work perfect but I would preffer to use Filezilla to support free software.
Any more ideas about what to try/change?
I can not believe that filezilla can not work with faster lines.

What type of storage device do you use?

External disk. But I think this doesn't matter as it works perfectly with windows ftp server. The problem is on Filezilla.

Make sure you use an SSD. Due to architectural limits, traditional rotational media impact the speeds obtainable in FileZIlla Server.

Different servers have different architectures.aitorserra wrote: ↑2019-04-25 07:46Please check my previous reply: it works perfectly with windows ftp server.

Then, filezilla has a worse architecture. Is there any plan to improve it?

Yes, it's going to be rewritten from scratch.
