Newbie Help Please

I installed Filezilla server a week ago and was in the server interface and created some users and did some configuration. I just want to use the system on the local lan - no outside access.
I return today, using the desktop of the Windows 10 machine that the server is installed on, and when I launch the Filezilla Server Inteface icon I don't see the management interface open. I've rebooted the computer and tried again, same results. I uninstalled Filezilla and reinstalled and still not seeing the server interface.
Is this something dumb I am missing?
